Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive audience engagement to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.

• Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.

• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams.

• Generate leads, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.

• Optimize content and campaigns based on performance insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Fresher to 1 years of experience in social media marketing (or relevant experience).

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

• Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paid advertising on Meta, LinkedIn, or Google platforms.

• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

• Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
