The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Executive who can own our handles end to end and make our brand impossible to scroll past.

What You'll Do

Own the channels

Run our Instagram,LinkedIn and YouTube presence day to day

Build and maintain a content calendar that keeps a consistent posting rhythm no dead weeks

Handle community management: comments, DMs, inbound queries, and routing genuine leads to the sales team

Keep tone of voice consistent while adapting the format to each platform

Create content that travels

Produce 12–20 short-form videos a month: Reels, Shorts - hook-first and native to each platform

Shoot and edit quickly on your phone (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express) with fast turnaround

Spot trending audio, formats and conversations early and adapt them to our brand within 24–48 hours

Turn product updates, customer stories and behind-the-scenes moments into content people actually want to watch

Work with influencers and creators

Identify and reach out to creators who match our audience

Negotiate barter and paid collaborations, write clear briefs, and keep the relationships warm

Run UGC campaigns with real customers and advocates

Track what each partnership actually delivered — reach, saves, profile visits, enquiries

Grow traffic and keep momentum

Drive qualified traffic to our website and convert social attention into enquiries and sign-ups

Run and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta Ads) with a test-and-learn approach

Report weekly on reach, engagement rate, follower growth, website clicks and conversions

Study what's working, kill what isn't, and bring ideas rather than waiting for a brief

What We're Looking For

2–4 years running social media for a brand, agency or startup

A portfolio of short-form video you personally made. We want to see the work, not the strategy deck

Proven ability to grow an account: show us before-and-after numbers

Fluent in platform culture you know what's trending this week and why

Comfortable with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, Figma basics) and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Metricool or similar)

Strong written English and a good ear for copy that sounds human

Self-starting and fast. Small team, high ownership, no layers of approval

Nice to have

Experience running paid campaigns in Meta Business Suite Ads Manager

An existing network of creators and influencers

Working knowledge of AI tools for content production

Comfortable appearing on camera yourself
