We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and ROI across global markets. The role includes paid media, ABM campaigns, lead nurturing, and marketing analytics aligned with sales objectives.
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
Define ICPs and execute precise audience targeting strategies.
Develop ad copy and landing pages in collaboration with content/design teams.
Execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts and decision-makers.
Align closely with sales for account targeting and pipeline contribution.
Implement A/B testing to improve CTR, CPL, and conversions.
Manage lead nurturing workflows (email automation, remarketing).
Track campaign performance using GA4, Tag Manager, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and attribution tools.
Monitor KPIs: CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, engagement, and pipeline impact.
Optimize campaigns and budgets to ensure measurable ROI.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing (ABM preferred).
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid digital campaigns.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and lead tracking systems.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
Understanding of SEO, CRO, and multi-channel campaign integration.
