Key Responsibilities

• Host corporate events, promotional campaigns, interviews, podcasts, and live sessions.

• Represent the company confidently during online and offline marketing activities.

• Create engaging video content, reels, and promotional shoots.

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media channels.

• Develop creative captions, hashtags, and content calendars.

• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement innovative ideas.

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Assist in organizing events, client interactions, and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

• Excellent verbal communication in both English and Hindi.

• Confident personality with strong camera presence and presentation skills.

• Good understanding of major social media platforms and SMO strategies.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is preferred.

• Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Anchoring, public speaking, or content creation experience.

• Social media management and community engagement.

• Basic photography/video editing knowledge.

• Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
