Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
Identify and onboard influencers relevant to event themes and target audiences
Manage influencer outreach, briefing, coordination, and post-campaign analysis
🔹 Radio Tie-Ups
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns with radio partners
Ensure timely delivery of scripts, creatives, and live mentions during promotions
🔹 Website & Linktree Management
Update website content, banners, and landing pages before and after each event
Keep Linktree (or similar tools) updated with relevant CTAs, event links, and promos
🔹 Social Media Management
Develop and maintain a posting calendar across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.
Draft and schedule posts, stories, reels, and live updates in sync with event timelines
Engage with followers and manage comments/messages across platforms
🔹 Content Creation
Collaborate with designers and photographers to create visually appealing content
Assist in creating behind-the-scenes content, teasers, countdowns, and recaps
Plan and execute reels, short-form videos, and carousels pre-, during, and post-events
🔹 Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)
Plan and execute digital ad campaigns for event promotions
Optimize for performance and conversions (ticket sales, registrations, awareness)
Track key KPIs and adjust campaigns in real-time as needed
🔹 Live Event Coverage
Coordinate shoots during events for real-time social media posting
Capture and post live stories, short clips, and audience interactions
Work with media teams to ensure coverage is aligned with digital strategy
