Social Media Marketing executive

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator/ Strategist to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage our brand’s online presence by developing, scheduling, and creating high-quality, engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc). Must be able to analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to refine strategies, drive brand awareness, and increase engagement, requiring skills in copywriting, design tools, and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

•Conceptualize and produce engaging content including reels, videos, stories, posts, and short-form content.

•Must be creative and able to shoot and edit photos and videos on iPhone for social media platforms.

•A strong eye for photography, videography, lighting, and composition.

•Ensure high-quality visuals aligned with brand aesthetics.

•Develop new creative ideas aligned with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal   promotions for the brand.

•Excellent command of grammar and write engaging captions and scripts suitable for different social media platforms.

•Coordinate with photographers, designers, or influencers when required.

•Discuss and Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and trend-based content.

•Identify viral content opportunities relevant to the brand.

•Optimize content formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

•Tracking performance metrics (likes, shares, views, conversion) and utilizing insights to refine content strategy.

•Support community engagement through comments, replies, and interactions, if needed.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of Video Editing, Video Shooting, Social Media Engagement, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
