We are looking for a creative, versatile, and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team. If you are a visual storyteller who can jump from designing a sleek Instagram post to shooting and editing a high-energy reel—all while keeping your workspace organized through smart templates—we want to meet you. This is a role for a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept to final export.

### Key Responsibilities

● Content Creation: Design high-quality social media graphics, carousels, and banners. ● Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form (Reels/TikToks) and long-form (YouTube) video content. ● Efficiency Management: Build and maintain a library of reusable templates to streamline the content production workflow. ● Platform Management: Execute posting schedules across various channels, ensuring brand voice consistency. ● Independent Project Handling: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines without the need for constant supervision. ### Required Skills & Qualifications Graphic Design ● Primary: Expert-level proficiency in Canva (brand kits, animations, and layouts). ● Bonus: Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for more complex asset creation. Video Editing ● Primary: Proficient in Filmora for quick, high-quality video turnarounds. ● Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for advanced editing and color grading. Core Competencies ● Multitasking: Ability to juggle different campaigns and content formats without breaking a sweat. ● Production Savvy: Comfortable handling a camera/smartphone for on-site video shoots. ● Self-Reliant: A "figure-it-out" attitude; able to take a brief and run with it independently.
