The Part-Time Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media initiatives that align with our brand’s aesthetic and business objectives. This role requires a balance of creativity, marketing insight, and analytical ability to effectively manage our online presence within the interior design space.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and manage a monthly content calendar reflecting current projects, design trends, and brand activities.
Curate and post high-quality content including project visuals, videos, client features, and design inspirations.
Collaborate with the design, photography, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on reach, engagement, and campaign success.
Stay updated with emerging social media trends, particularly in the interior design and architecture sectors.
Coordinate collaborations with influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance visibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media management, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or lifestyle industries.
Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility aligned with design and décor standards.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Part-time role requiring approximately 3 days a week.
