YogaKargha is a growing sustainable brand crafting handwoven yoga and lifestyle products. We are a small, close-knit team working from our studio and building a meaningful brand step by step. We value creativity, responsibility, and a hands-on approach.
We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades Studio & E-Commerce Associate who can support us across multiple areas — from managing product listings and inventory, to handling social media and assisting in photoshoots.
In the initial stage, you may be the only team member in the studio, but you’ll get hands-on experience across e-commerce, content, and brand management. This is a unique opportunity to learn how a brand grows from the ground up and to build a strong foundation in digital + business operations.
E-commerce & Listings
Create and optimize product listings on marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon, website, etc.).
Upload and update product images, videos, and descriptions provided by the brand.
Maintain accurate inventory across all sales channels (via spreadsheets/tools).
Website & Content Management
Update website with new content, products, and blogs.
Ensure consistency in brand voice and presentation across platforms.
Social Media & Community
Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Create and schedule posts (basic Canva/design skills are a plus).
Engage with followers and community (reply to DMs, comments, influencer outreach).
Brand & Studio Support
Assist founders with day-to-day business development tasks.
Help in photoshoots (setup, coordination, basic editing if possible).
Support with ad-hoc brand tasks and studio management.
Digital Marketing (Learning Curve)
Assist in SEO, social ads, email campaigns, and reporting.
Track basic performance metrics and maintain reports.
Work closely with founders to gradually implement structured marketing strategies.

Someone who loves multi-tasking and is eager to learn.
Comfortable with basic tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, social media platforms).
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Prior experience in e-commerce/social media is a plus, but not mandatory.
A self-starter who can take responsibility when working alone in the studio.
On-the-job training across e-commerce, marketing, and brand management.
Work closely with founders and gain direct mentorship.
Relaxed, creative atmosphere — no formal attire needed.
Saturday & Sunday off for work-life balance.
6-month probation period with on-job training, followed by full-time offer rollout.
If you are committed and grow with the brand, this role can evolve into:
Year 1: Studio & E-Commerce Associate (hands-on, learning multiple areas).
Year 2: E-Commerce & Marketing Lead (owning digital campaigns, leading small projects).
Year 3+: Studio Manager / Brand Operations Manager (overseeing e-commerce, social, content, and possibly leading a small team).
