Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence, promote real estate projects, build brand visibility, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business.

• Create and execute social media strategies and content calendars.

• Plan and manage Reels, Shorts, posts, stories and property promotional content.

• Develop content for property launches, projects, offers and site visits.

• Run and optimize Meta Ads and lead-generation campaigns.

• Monitor CPL, CTR, engagement, reach, leads and conversions.

• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Graphic Designer and Video Editor teams.

• Track competitors, trends and social media performance.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and Meta Ads.

• Creative thinking, communication and analytical skills.

• Candidates with a strong social media portfolio will be preferred.
