Role Overview

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of social media for our clients + our own brand. This is not a “posting job.” It involves strategy, planning, coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & execute monthly social media strategies for multiple brands

• Create structured content & content calendars across platforms

• Create fun and engaging content for TGG & Client Brands

• Write clear, persuasive captions aligned with brand voice + goals

• Ensure timely posting, consistency & quality control

• Manage pages for The Growing Graph + client brands

• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) & optimize

• Maintain systems so execution remains smooth & non-chaotic

Platforms You’ll Handle

• Instagram

• Facebook

• Google Business Profile

• Reels/Shorts (basic understanding preferred)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of social media + branding fundamentals

• Copywriting & communication skills

• Graphic design + video editing ability (Must have)

• Content planning & scheduling knowledge

• Organized, self-driven & execution-focused

• Ability to handle multiple brands without stress

• Agency experience is a plus

Location Requirement

Candidate must live within 10 KM to 15 KM radius from the office (preferred for coordination & workflow).

Office Location: Sector 11, Faridabad & Sector 81 Faridabad
