We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager who can handle our complete digital presence. The candidate should be capable of managing daily posting, organic growth strategies, AI-based content creation, SEO, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Plan and manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase followers and engagement.
• Create and implement a strong content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor analytics and optimize performance regularly.

Content & Creative

• Create basic graphics, reels concepts, captions, and content ideas.
• Write shoot scripts for real estate promotional videos.
• Coordinate with videographer and marketing team for content execution.

AI Tools Expertise

• Strong knowledge of AI tools such as:

• ChatGPT

• Claude

• Gemini

• Midjourney

• Use AI for content generation, research, automation, and creative enhancement.

SEO & Website Management

• Act as an SEO Specialist to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Manage and update company website content regularly.
• Optimize blogs, keywords, and on-page SEO.
• Handle and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profile for local reach.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms & trends
• Basic graphic designing skills (Canva / similar tools)
• SEO & keyword research knowledge
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Creative thinking & strategic mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
