Job Description-

A Social Media Manager develops and implements strategies to enhance a company's online presence, manages social media content, engages with followers, analyzes performance, and stays updated on trends to achieve marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

• Research and identify target audiences and relevant social media platforms.

• Content Creation and Management:

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok).

• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

• Write compelling captions, descriptions, and ad copy.

• Source and create high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.

• Community Engagement:

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations.

• Build and nurture online communities to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.

• Monitor online conversations and brand mentions to identify trends and opportunities.

• Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions).

• Use data to optimize social media strategies and content.

• Prepare regular reports on social media performance to stakeholders.

• Staying Updated:

• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
