We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence, build strong industry connections, and drive B2B engagement.
Role Summary
The Social Media Manager will own the strategy, execution, and management of our corporate digital channels. Your primary focus will be building brand authority on LinkedIn for professional networking, managing customer engagement and broadcast strategies via WhatsApp, and showcasing our product quality and vibrant color catalog across visual platforms like Instagram and Facebook. You will bridge the gap between technical manufacturing excellence and engaging digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored for a B2B industrial audience. Create high-quality, engaging content (graphics, short videos, case studies, and reels) showcasing our product performance, color consistency, and manufacturing strength.
Platform Management: Fully manage and optimize our corporate profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
B2B Networking (LinkedIn): Craft compelling thought-leadership posts, connection notes, and networking strategies to connect with CEOs, purchase managers, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders.
Direct Marketing (WhatsApp): Design and manage professional WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, product launch announcements, and digital catalogs for direct customer communication and lead follow-ups.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, direct messages, and inquiries from potential clients, job coaters, and vendors.
Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics monthly to track engagement, follower growth, and lead generation. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and production teams to capture real-time updates, client success stories, and factory floor highlights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator (experience in a B2B, industrial, or manufacturing sector is a massive plus).
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, LinkedIn networking, and WhatsApp Business marketing tools, alongside standard platforms (Instagram/FB).
Tools: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) for creating professional reels and posts.
Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to translate technical product features (like durability, finish, and chemistry) into simple, compelling business benefits.
