Job Overview

Midgrow Studio is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of Midgrow Studio as well as our client accounts.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating content strategies, researching trends, writing engaging captions, coordinating content production, and analyzing social media performance.

You should be someone who understands what makes content engaging, stays updated with the latest social media trends, and can turn ideas into content that drives reach, engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for Midgrow Studio and its clients.

• Develop and execute social media strategies based on individual brand objectives.

• Plan and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.

• Generate creative ideas for Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, stories, and other social media content.

• Research trending topics, sounds, formats, hashtags, and content styles.

• Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for content execution.

• Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.

• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience engagement.

• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.

• Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.

• Monitor key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.

• Identify successful and underperforming content and suggest improvements.

• Conduct competitor research and identify new content opportunities.

• Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes, social media trends, and platform updates.

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.

• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to achieve client and company objectives.

Required Skills

• 6 months – 2 years of practical experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Good knowledge of social media content strategy and planning.

• Strong content ideation and creative thinking skills.

• Good copywriting and communication skills.

• Understanding of social media analytics and insights.

• Ability to identify and utilize current social media trends.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of any of the following will be an added advantage:

• Canva

• Basic video editing

• Meta Business Suite

• Social media scheduling tools

• Influencer marketing

• Paid social media advertising

• Basic SEO

• Google Analytics

• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Qualifications

Relevant internship, freelance, agency, or practical social media experience will be considered.
