Responsibilities
Create and schedule daily content for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
Design engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
Write captions, hashtags, and marketing copy.
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Monitor social media trends and suggest viral content ideas.
Coordinate with the bakery team for product photos and videos.
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
Run contests, giveaways, and customer engagement activities.
Assist with influencer collaborations and local marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Understanding of reels, trending audio, and social media algorithms.
Strong communication and content-writing skills.
Ability to create attractive food and bakery-related content.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite is preferred.
Photography and videography skills are a plus.
