HIRING SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Work Mode: On-site Preferred
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our clients’ social media presence and turn content into real growth.

You’ll be responsible for planning, managing, publishing and improving content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

   • Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media accounts

   • Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and other content

   • Maintain consistent brand voice and posting frequency

2. Content Planning:

   • Create monthly and weekly content calendars

   • Plan Reels, carousels, static posts, stories and campaigns

   • Identify trending topics, formats, hooks and content opportunities

3. Content Coordination:

   • Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, creators and clients

   • Provide clear content requirements and references to the creative team

   • Ensure content is delivered and published on time

4. Growth & Strategy:

   • Understand what type of content drives reach, engagement and leads

   • Track social media performance and suggest improvements

   • Study competitors and industry trends

   • Develop ideas to increase followers, engagement and brand visibility

5. Social Media Analytics:

   • Monitor reach, views, engagement, followers and other key metrics

   • Prepare basic performance reports

   • Use insights to improve future content strategy

6. Client & Backend Coordination:

   • Manage content approvals and publishing workflows

   • Maintain content calendars and posting schedules

   • Coordinate with clients for content, feedback and approvals

   • Ensure there are no gaps in the content pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

• Strong knowledge of Reels and short-form content

• Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas

• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

• Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is preferred

• Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
