Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing the digital presence and creating brand awareness for our clients. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the social media strategy for our clients to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, create, and schedule engaging and relevant content (text, images, video) for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and others.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals of the clients.
Develop a social media strategy and a content calendar to achieve the business objectives of the clients.
Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages and mentions, and respond promptly to engage with the audience.
Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
Use insights to refine and optimize social media strategies and content.
Work closely with the client’s marketing team to align their social media efforts with their overall marketing campaigns and goals.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
