We are looking for a smart, creative, and organized professional to manage front desk operations while handling the company's social media presence and creative designing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and knowledge of graphic design and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients professionally.

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

Manage appointments, inquiries, and walk-in visitors.

Maintain office records and daily reports.

Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.

Social Media Responsibilities

Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories.

Reply to messages and comments professionally.

Plan monthly social media content calendar.

Increase online engagement and brand visibility.

Graphic Designing & Video Editing

Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, and promotional materials.

Create marketing content using Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.

Edit reels, promotional videos, and short advertisements.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

Knowledge of CorelDRAW.

Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or similar software).

Social Media Management.

MS Office and Internet proficiency.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with strong creative skills may also apply.
