Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and strategic SEO Executive with 0.6–3 years of experience to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on- page, off page, and technical SEO practices, with the ability to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and visibility.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Manage and optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, URL structure, image optimization, schema markup, and internal linking.
Oversee and implement off-page SEO strategies including link-building, guest posting, and partnerships to improve domain authority.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site structure, page speed, and mobile usability.
Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout content creation and website development.
Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor site performance and track key metrics.
Prepare and share monthly SEO performance reports, highlighting progress, insights, and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices, implementing them to maintain competitiveness.
Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering an SEO-first approach across departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy and implementation.
Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs & Moz
Experience with WordPress, CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
