Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and analytical SEO & Social Media Executive to improve our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and manage the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO strategies, content optimization, social media management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, and URLs.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.

Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Identify and fix technical SEO issues.

Improve website ranking and organic traffic.

Social Media

Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube).

Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.

Develop monthly content calendars.

Write compelling captions and marketing copy.

Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries.

Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.

Monitor trends and implement innovative content ideas.

Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

6 months to 2 years of experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing.

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media platforms.

Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

Excellent communication and content writing skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Social media follower growth and engagement rate.
