We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketer specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive paid marketing campaigns and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns to maximize ROI and business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, and cost efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies
• Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports
• Manage budgets and allocate spends effectively
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives

✅ Requirements:

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager
• Proven track record of running high-budget, high-conversion campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
