## Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, monitoring, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and achieve business growth.

## Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager•.

Manage Facebook and Instagram Ads• for lead generation, engagement, traffic, and conversion campaigns.

Handle Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max• campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

• Develop effective targeting, retargeting, remarketing, and funnel strategies.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS•.

• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets effectively.

Conduct A/B testing• of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking•.

• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve results.

• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining target CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

• Coordinate with the graphic design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives and copies.

Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports•.

• Stay updated with Google and Meta algorithm changes, advertising policies, new features, and industry trends.

## Required Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads•.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager – Facebook & Instagram•.

Good knowledge of Lead Generation and Conversion Campaigns•.

• Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, and remarketing.

Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking•.

• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROI and ROAS•.

• Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.

• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Google Ads Certification and/or Meta certification will be an advantage.

Experience in education, lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based businesses• will be preferred.

• Experience handling multiple campaigns/accounts will be an added advantage.
