Job Summary
Solve Technology is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO, SMO, website maintenance, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving organic growth, managing websites, improving search rankings, and maintaining social media presence. Additionally, the candidate should possess a basic understanding of System Administration and be capable of supporting Business Development activities by generating leads, preparing proposals, and assisting in client acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical expertise with marketing strategy to enhance the company's digital presence and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content.
Manage off-page SEO campaigns, backlink acquisition, and link-building strategies.
Implement structured data (Schema Markup) and resolve technical SEO issues.
Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and actionable insights.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Plan and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize company profiles and improve engagement.
Coordinate with the content team for social media campaigns.
Monitor analytics and recommend improvements to increase brand visibility.
Website Management & Maintenance
Maintain and update company websites built on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar CMS platforms.
Ensure website speed, security, uptime, and performance optimization.
Coordinate with developers for new features, bug fixes, and website enhancements.
Manage website content updates, landing pages, blogs, and SEO implementation.
Ensure proper tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
System Administration Support
Possess a basic understanding of server management, website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and email configurations.
Coordinate with IT teams for website deployment, hosting issues, backups, and system maintenance.
Troubleshoot basic website and hosting-related technical issues.
Business Development Support
Identify potential business opportunities through digital channels.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and online platforms.
Support proposal preparation, presentations, and client communication.
Coordinate with management during client meetings and follow-ups.
Assist in achieving business growth targets through digital marketing initiatives.
