Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern/Trainee who is eager to learn and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in real-world campaign execution and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions
Track conversions and maintain reports (Google Sheets / dashboards)
Work on audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
Stay updated with latest trends in performance marketing
Requirements
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Familiarity with Google Ads / Facebook Ads (even theoretical is fine)
Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
Any certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a bonus
