Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to manage and grow our business across leading quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket and be capable of independently handling marketplace operations, catalog management, inventory coordination, advertising, and business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Manage seller accounts on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and other quick commerce platforms. Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing. Coordinate shipment planning, inward scheduling, and warehouse appointments to ensure timely stock replenishment. Monitor inventory levels across all marketplaces and work with warehouse teams to maintain product availability. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive business growth and resolve operational issues. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, platform offers, visibility programs, and advertising initiatives. Conduct product demand analysis and identify high-potential products for expansion across quick commerce channels. Perform competitor analysis, pricing research, and category benchmarking to improve sales performance. Track daily sales, inventory, fill rates, out-of-stock reports, and business KPIs. Resolve listing issues, pricing discrepancies, order-related concerns, and platform escalations. Coordinate new product launches, assortment expansion, and seasonal campaigns. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and present performance insights with actionable recommendations. Work closely with procurement, warehouse, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations. Stay updated with marketplace policies, operational changes, and category trends.
