Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce / Amazon Account Manager to manage online marketplace operations, primarily on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, advertising, and account performance while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Create, optimize, and update product listings.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds.

Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns to improve sales.

Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.

Ensure account health and compliance with marketplace policies.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.

Handle promotions, pricing updates, and discount campaigns.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

Experience managing Amazon Seller Central.

Knowledge of Amazon PPC and marketplace operations.

Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Amazon account management.

Freshers with strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central may also apply.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or other marketplaces.

Knowledge of catalog management and inventory planning.

Familiarity with digital marketing and online sales strategies.

As per company standards (based on experience).
