Job Summary We are seeking a proactive E‑Commerce Executive to drive growth across our online channels, with proven experience managing Insta Mart and Just Dial platforms. The role blends performance marketing, seller/partner coordination, and data‑driven optimization to boost sales, visibility, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and scale listings on Insta Mart, Just Dial, and other marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

- Optimize product catalogs: SEO, content, pricing, and inventory health.

- Run paid campaigns (Google Shopping, Facebook, Insta Mart ads) and monitor ROI.

- Coordinate with sellers, vendors, and logistics partners for timely order fulfillment.

- Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns; ensure high CSAT scores.

- Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new partnership opportunities.

- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, finance, and tech teams.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or related field.

- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce (B2B/B2C).

- Must have worked on Insta Mart and Just Dial platforms (listing, promotions, analytics).

- Strong knowledge of marketplace seller portals, inventory management, and order processing.

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and basic digital advertising tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
