Job Opening – E-Commerce Executive
Company: Elton Marketing India Private Limited
Location: Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase-II, New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain e-commerce marketplace accounts and online orders.
Handle product listings, product descriptions, images, pricing and inventory updates.
Process and monitor orders from order placement to delivery.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for dispatch, delivery and return-related issues.
Manage returns, cancellations, replacements and customer complaints.
Maintain daily sales, order, inventory and marketplace reports.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.
Coordinate with accounts and management regarding online sales and payment-related matters.
Handle marketplace portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.
Ensure timely order processing and smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Monitor product performance, sales and customer feedback.
Perform other e-commerce-related tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other e-commerce platforms.
Basic knowledge of Excel/MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of order processing, inventory and returns management.
Ability to prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Should be responsible, organised and able to work independently.
