Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

Role Objective

We require a result-oriented, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager capable of independently planning, executing and optimizing performance-marketing campaigns to generate qualified business leads for SIFRA and the company’s project divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

• Handle lead-generation campaigns, remarketing, audience targeting and conversion tracking.

• Manage SEO, website content, landing pages, blogs and Google Business Profile.

• Plan and execute the monthly social-media content calendar.

• Create or supervise professional creatives, reels, short videos, advertisements and promotional content.

• Manage CRM, lead capture, lead allocation, follow-ups and campaign-wise reporting.

• Conduct keyword, competitor and market research.

• Coordinate with the business-development team to improve lead quality and conversions.

• Manage digital-marketing budgets and continuously reduce customer-acquisition cost.

Key Result Areas — KRAs

• Generate the agreed number of qualified leads every month within the approved budget.

• Maintain platform-wise targets for cost per lead, conversion rate and return on advertising spend.

• Ensure 100% tracking of leads from campaign source to sales outcome through CRM.

• Improve website traffic, search rankings, engagement and landing-page conversion rates.

• Publish content consistently across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, blogs and other platforms.

• Submit weekly performance dashboards showing expenditure, leads, CPL, conversions and campaign ROI.

• Regularly test advertisements, audiences, creatives and landing pages to improve performance.

• Directly contribute to a measurable sales pipeline—not merely impressions, followers or post reach.

Required Competencies

• Proven expertise in performance marketing and B2B, B2C lead generation on CRM knowledge of APIs, AI tools are essential.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and YouTube advertising.

• Working knowledge of SEO, WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and CRM systems.

• Ability to create effective copy, creatives and videos using tools such as Canva and video-editing software.

• Strong analytical, reporting and campaign-optimization skills.

• Candidates must present evidence of previous campaigns, advertising expenditure, leads generated, CPL and conversion results.
