डिजिटल मार्केटिंग मैनेजर

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy for India and Dubai operations. The role includes handling websites, social media platforms, paid campaigns, lead generation, and brand visibility across both regions.

Job Location- Pitampura
Experience- 4 years to 6 years
salary- 35k to 40k ( negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement complete digital marketing strategies for India & Dubai markets

• Plan monthly/quarterly campaigns aligned with business goals

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities for both regions

2. Website Management (India & Dubai)

• Manage and update India & Dubai websites

• Ensure website content, banners, forms, and SEO are updated regularly

• Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversions

3. Social Media Management

• Handle all official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for India & Dubai

• Create content calendars (posts, reels, stories, creatives)

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

4. Paid Ads & Lead Generation

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Generate quality leads and ensure cost-effectiveness

• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions

• Track CPL, ROI, and campaign performance

5. Content & Branding

• Work on content ideas for posts, ads, website, and campaigns

• Ensure brand tone and messaging remain consistent across India & Dubai

• Support branding activities and new product/service launches

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta insights, etc.)

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

• Suggest improvements based on data and insights
