Job Overview

Bizboost Digital Academy is looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Mentor who can train, guide, and inspire students and trainees to build strong practical skills in digital marketing. The mentor will focus on hands-on learning, real-world examples, and career-oriented guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Train students and trainees in core digital marketing concepts, including:

  • SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)

  • Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Meta Ads & basic PPC strategies

  • Content Marketing & Email Marketing

  • Web Analytics (Google Analytics, basic GTM concepts)

• Deliver interactive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions

• Help students work on live projects, case studies, and mock campaigns

• Guide trainees on career paths, freelancing, internships, and job readiness

• Review assignments, campaigns, and reports; provide constructive feedback

• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools

• Motivate students and build confidence in applying real-world strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with tools such as:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Business Manager

  • Google Analytics

  • Keyword research & SEO tools

• Ability to explain concepts in simple, student-friendly language

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping beginners grow

• Basic understanding of websites, landing pages, and conversions

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Agency / Freelance / In-house)

• Teaching, mentoring, or training experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO (added advantage)
