The Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive is responsible for promoting overseas education programs and generating qualified student leads for study abroad services. The role focuses on digital campaigns, student engagement, and conversion strategies across multiple online platforms to support international education counseling and admissions goals.
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for study abroad programs (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
· Generate and manage student leads through paid ads, social media, and organic digital channels
· Optimize lead funnels from inquiry to counseling and application stages
· Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn campaigns for student recruitment
· Create and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and admission-focused funnels
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPL, CAC, conversions)
· Coordinate with counseling and admissions teams to improve lead quality and follow-ups
· Run email, WhatsApp, and CRM-based lead nurturing campaigns
· Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis in the overseas education sector
· Promote webinars, education fairs, university partnerships, and student events digitally
· Stay updated with international education trends, intake cycles, and platform policies
· Strong understanding of digital marketing and student lead generation strategies
· Experience with performance marketing for education or service-based industries
· Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and conversion optimization
· Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
· Analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns based on data
· Strong communication and coordination skills
