About the role:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and support youth-focused F&B brands — The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy across various platforms, creating engaging content, and growing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Management
•Develop and execute engaging content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
•Plan and schedule posts, stories, and reels to maximize engagement.
•Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create visually appealing content.
•Write compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions tailored to the hospitality industry.
2. Community Engagement & Brand Building
•Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms.
•Engage with food bloggers, influencers, and customers to promote brand awareness.
•Collaborate with PR and influencer marketing teams for partnerships and promotions.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
•Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
•Provide monthly reports on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.
•Optimize social media strategies based on insights and trends.
4. Campaigns & Promotions
•Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, promotions, and seasonal offers.
•Run paid ad campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
•Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to implement innovative marketing approaches.
5. Collaboration & Strategy Development
•Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align social media strategies with business goals.
•Ensure brand consistency in all digital communications.
Requirements:
•Hands-on experience in social media marketing
•Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
•Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
•Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).
•Ability to analyze data and optimize content performance.
•Creativity and passion for the food & hospitality industry.
•1–5 years of experience in bakery or pastry operations
