Position: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (On-site only)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Work Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary Package: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum + Performance-Based Incentives.

Experience: 1–2 Years Preferred

Education: Relevant degree preferred, Google Ads / Digital Marketing certifications are a plus

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Junior Performance Marketer who wants to build a strong career in digital growth marketing. This is a hands-on execution + analytics role where you will work across Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and scaling.

This is a full-time on-site role only - No Hybrid / No Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

Set up and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads

Execute acquisition, retargeting, and upsell funnels

Maintain campaign hygiene: budgets, bidding, tracking, and account structure

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and AOV

Build daily/weekly performance reports with actionable insights

Analyze funnel leakage and identify areas for growth

Optimization & Testing

Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages

Optimize campaign performance through data-backed experimentation

Scale winning campaigns efficiently

Search & Keyword Management

Conduct keyword research and search term optimization

Improve quality scores and intent targeting

Manage bids, match types, and keyword expansion

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams

Provide feedback on creatives and landing pages

Coordinate with agencies or external vendors when required

Candidate Requirements

Strong analytical mindset with comfort in numbers, Excel, and Google Sheets

Understanding of marketing funnels, KPIs, and paid media metrics

Hands-on experience with Google Ads; Meta Ads experience is a plus

High ownership, speed, and attention to detail

Strong problem-solving ability

Must own a personal laptop

Western Line Mumbai candidates preferred for easier daily commute

Nearby Mumbai candidates preferred

Preferred Experience

Performance Max campaign strategy

D2C / E-commerce / Quick-commerce experience

Prior Health & Wellness category exposure is a bonus

Amazon / Flipkart Ads knowledge is a plus

Compensation & Growth
