About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-driven digital marketing executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, paid advertising, campaign management, and performance marketing to drive business growth and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Generate quality leads through paid and organic marketing strategies.

• Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

• Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI from marketing campaigns.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

• Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign creatives and promotional content.

• Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities to improve online visibility.

• Track lead conversions and maintain campaign performance data.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in lead generation and performance marketing.

• Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and campaign management.

• Knowledge of campaign planning, audience targeting, and budget optimization.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools.

• Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation roles.

• Proven track record of successfully running and optimizing paid campaigns.
