Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage our digital presence, create engaging content, generate leads and support the overall growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.

• Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.

• Plan reels, posts, stories, carousels and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.

• Maintain a consistent brand image and communication style.

2. Content Creation

• Ideate creative content for food products, brand campaigns and business promotions.

• Coordinate with the design/video team or create basic creatives independently using Canva and similar tools.

• Shoot and coordinate short-form videos/reels when required.

• Write captions, hooks, CTAs and relevant hashtags.

3. Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Manage lead-generation, awareness and conversion campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences and creatives.

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads will be an advantage.

4. Lead Generation & Business Growth

• Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing.

• Support lead generation for hotels, restaurants, caterers and other potential business clients.

• Track leads generated through campaigns and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain basic lead and campaign performance reports.

5. Google Business & Online Presence

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB).

• Ensure business information, photos, posts and reviews are regularly updated.

• Monitor online visibility and customer reviews.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Track social media and advertising performance.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering:

• Reach

• Engagement

• Followers

• Leads

• Cost per lead

• Ad spend

• Campaign performance

• Identify what is working and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook marketing

• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager

• Content planning and social media strategy

• Basic graphic designing using Canva

• Good copywriting and communication skills

• Knowledge of reels/video content

• Understanding of digital marketing analytics

• Lead-generation mindset

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Food/FMCG/HORECA marketing experience will be an added advantage
