Key Responsibilities:
1)Brand Design & Visual Communication
● Create visually appealing designs aligned with GauNeeti’s core brand identity.
● Develop branding elements for seasonal campaigns, festivals, launches, and product stories.
● Ensure consistent brand aesthetics across every touchpoint, online and offline.
2)Packaging & Label Adaptations
● Adapt existing product labels into multiple sizes and formats for bottles, jars, pouches, boxes, etc.
● Create new label variations for offers, product updates, trial packs, special editions, and more.
● Prepare print-ready files while maintaining accuracy in dimensions and specifications.
3)Marketing Creatives & Collateral Design and prepare:
● Flyers (detailed and brief versions)
● Posters, standees, brochures & catalogues
● Offer creatives & WhatsApp catalogues
● Event creatives (farm visits, markets, customer invites)
● Print-ready artwork for vendors and printers
4)Content Design Support
● Create clean, engaging layouts for carousels, infographics, testimonials, product stories, etc.
● Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for diverse platforms.
● Assist in short video creation using existing footage (basic cuts, text overlays, brand tone alignment).
5)Farmers’ Market & Event Support
● Occasionally visit Farmers Markets (Sundays) or special events.
● Capture product photos, videos, testimonials for future creatives.
● Gather customer insights to refine and evolve brand communication.
Skills & Qualifications :
● Strong command over Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign.
● Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
● Ability to convert simple ideas into polished, premium-looking designs.
● Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
● High attention to detail with commitment to maintaining consistent brand guidelines.
● Bonus: Experience with FMCG, dairy, food brands, organic/eco-friendly brands, or grassroots storytelling.
