Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Drive key KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle:
Audience research & targeting
Ad copy & creative coordination
Budget allocation & bid strategy
A/B testing and optimization
Develop and execute multi-industry campaign strategies (real estate, e-commerce, services, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting
Handle Display Campaigns including:
Banner strategy & placements
Audience segmentation
Remarketing campaigns
Work closely with design/content teams for high-converting creatives
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital advertising
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads (Search & Display mandatory; YouTube preferred)
