Profile - Social Media Executive

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with flexible breaks)
Location: Work from Office (Noida Sector 63)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives (performance-based)
About the Role -
1. Do you understand Instagram trends, branding psychology, and how content converts into business?
2. We are looking for someone who can think creatively and commercially
3. someone who can manage social media accounts while actively finding and onboarding new clients for the company.
4.Key Responsibilities - Social Media Management Plan, design, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
5.Write catchy captions, taglines, and engaging content in English/Hindi. Research latest trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to boost reach.
6.Collaborate with the creative team for graphics, reels, and campaigns. Monitor analytics, track growth, and prepare performance reports.
7.Brainstorm fresh, out-of-the-box content ideas to increase brand visibility.
8.Assist in running promotions, influencer tie-ups, and campaigns. Client Acquisition Identify and approach potential clients (brands, local businesses, startups, creators). Pitch company services (shoots, ads, social media management, branding, content production).
9.Maintain daily outreach via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and calls. Generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
10.Maintain client communication and follow-ups. Achieve monthly client acquisition targets. Build long-term relationships for recurring business.
11. Requirements Strong interest in social media, branding, and marketing.
12. Confident communication & convincing skills. Good writing skills (English/Hindi).
13. Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing is a plus. Sales mindset & willingness to talk to new people daily. Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
