JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

• Manage and update the company website with product information, technical data, news, and company updates.

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

• Manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and improve audience engagement.

• Plan and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to improve website visibility.

• Run and optimize online advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

• Generate qualified sales leads through digital marketing initiatives and coordinate with the Sales Department for lead conversion.

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns for customers, distributors, and business partners.

• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.

• Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance, lead generation, campaign ROI, and website analytics.

• Coordinate with product, sales, export, and design teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.

• Develop digital brochures, presentations, banners, videos, and promotional materials in coordination with graphic designers.

• Manage the company's online reputation by responding to customer inquiries and monitoring online reviews.

• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Support participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, webinars, and online promotional events through digital campaigns.

• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with company policies and brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or Social Media Marketing is preferred.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B industrial company.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

• Ability to generate B2B leads through digital platforms.

• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
