LinkedIn Outreach Executive

We are looking for a LinkedIn Growth Executive who can manage day-to-day LinkedIn activities across multiple professional accounts.

The role involves sending personalised connection requests and messages, managing replies, maintaining conversations, posting content, engaging with relevant posts, and keeping outreach activities properly organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn accounts on a daily basis

• Send connection requests, InMails, and personalised messages

• Handle replies and maintain professional conversations

• Identify promising conversations and move them towards meetings when appropriate

• Post content regularly on LinkedIn

• Engage with relevant posts through thoughtful comments and interactions

• Maintain lead and conversation status in Google Sheets or CRM

• Research relevant founders, CEOs, and business decision-makers

• Ensure messages are personalised, professional, and natural

• Keep accounts organised and maintain consistent activity

What We Are Looking For

• Good written English and communication skills

• Comfortable using LinkedIn regularly

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, or business development

• Ability to write natural and professional messages

• Good attention to detail, especially names, companies, and message context

• Comfortable using Google Sheets and online tools

• Responsible and able to manage daily tasks independently
