About the Role
IAMOPS is a Full DevOps Suite company dedicated to supporting high-growth companies to scale from MVP to Production. We breathe Terraform, eat Kubernetes, and dream about Lambdas.Our mission is to ensure high-growth companies' infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines are scalable, mitigate failure points, optimize performance, ensure uptime, and minimize costs. When incidents occur, we act swiftly to restore operations, even at 4:00 AM.
We are looking for a sharp, motivated Intern to take ownership of the LinkedIn presence for our CEO and CTO, driving meaningful daily actions that improve the Social Selling Index (SSI) and expand IAMOPS’s reach within the ICP network.
You will have a focused, a set of high-impact tasks executed through the CEO and CTO’s LinkedIn profiles, directly moving the needle on profile performance and helping IAMOPS generate more leads from the right audience.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Network Operations
All activities below are carried out through the CEO’s and CTO’s LinkedIn profiles.
Identify and send targeted connection requests to ICP-aligned professionals (CTOs, CEOs, VP R&D) based on the ICP, operating from both the CEO’s and CTO’s profiles.
Maintain and regularly update a structured list of priority network contacts across current customers and close ICP accounts, mapped to each profile.
Track follower growth and network expansion on a weekly basis across CEO and CTO profiles.
Engagement & Social Selling Index (SSI) Improvement
All engagement activities are performed from the CEO’s and CTO’s profiles to improve their individual SSI scores.
Monitor posts from core network contacts daily and engage with contextual comments from both profiles - contributing to the SSI pillars.
Like and react to relevant content from target accounts to maintain consistent visibility in the ICP feed for both the CEO and CTO.
Report weekly on SSI score movement for both profiles, broken down by 3 pillars: Find the Right People, Engage with Insights, and Build Relationships.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who’s passionate about LinkedIn marketing
Familiar with LinkedIn operations including sales navigator
Familiar with the concept of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) or quick to learn it during onboarding.
Highly organised, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Have hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.ai
Can commit to a consistent in-office schedule of 4 hours per day.
Nice to Have
Prior internship or project experience in social media or digital marketing.
Awareness of LinkedIn’s Social Selling Index (SSI) and what drives each of the four pillars.
