JOB DESCRIPTION – DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
Position: Digital Marketing Assistant – Female
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹16,000 per month
Location: Noida Sector 132, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role
We are looking for a female Digital Marketing Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to support our digital marketing activities, social media presence, online campaigns, and content-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, and a creative approach.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and update company social media platforms.
Create and coordinate social media posts, captions, and basic content.
Assist with SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing activities.
Monitor website and social media performance.
Conduct basic keyword and competitor research.
Coordinate with the content/design team for marketing creatives.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Assist in generating leads through various digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platforms.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Online Marketing.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
Female candidates preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working from Noida Sector 132.
Compensation
₹16,000 per month
