Content Creator

Starsun Realestate is looking for a creative and result-oriented Content Creator who can independently handle end-to-end social media content creation and help grow our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and publish 5 engaging videos/Reels daily for Instagram.

Write creative, engaging and conversion-focused video scripts.

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content.

Handle content publishing across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Threads.

• Develop creative ideas based on current social media trends.

Grow Instagram followers and overall social media reach.

Grow and manage the YouTube channel with a focus on views, subscribers and engagement.

Work towards YouTube monetization through consistent and quality content.

• Create real-estate-focused content including projects, property insights, market updates, company branding and promotional videos.

• Track content performance and improve content based on engagement and audience response.

• Maintain consistency in brand image, tone and quality across all platforms.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
