JOB DESCRIPTION – DELIVERY SUPERVISOR

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily courier and last-mile delivery operations.
Supervise delivery boys and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor rider attendance, performance and daily targets.
Track delivered, pending, undelivered and without-scan packets.
Handle shipment issues, missing packets and delivery complaints.
Coordinate with the client and operations team.
Prepare daily delivery reports and maintain Excel records.
Ensure proper route planning and rider allocation.
Arrange replacement riders whenever required.
Maintain minimum shipment loss and improve delivery performance.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
1–3 years of experience in courier/logistics operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Good communication and team management skills.
Ability to manage delivery boys and ground operations.
Salary
As per experience and interview.
