Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for the Zomato Customer Delight (CD) Process. The role involves handling customer queries through both voice and chat support channels while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Good command of English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
Communication skill level: V5 or above preferred.
Candidates must have their own Laptop/Desktop and Wi-Fi connection.

Freshers
CTC: ₹19,000/month
In-hand Salary: ₹15,410/month
