Job Title: Customer Support Executive(Non voice process)
Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore
Interview location: Jayanagar
Salary: 17,000 to 20,000 (In Hand) + 22k to 24k CTC
Shift timings: For males- 6 am to 11.30 pm (any 9hrs)
For Females - 6 am to 7 pm (any 9hrs)
Languages: Good in English and any 2 regional languages
Work from home after 3 months along with Laptops
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Voice process to join our team in Tin Factory, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and complaints.
Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: PUC (12th pass) or any Graduate.
Good communication skills in English, Kannada.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
