Job Title: Call Center Agent (Voice & Non-Voice)
Location: Mohali / Chandigarh
Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (6 days working, 1 week off)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls (Voice) as per defined process.
Manage customer queries through emails, chats, or other digital channels (Non-Voice).
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to call center policies.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when needed.
Required Skills:
Basic to fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Customer-focused with professional phone etiquette.
Additional Information:
No cab facility provided.
6 working days per week with one week off
