Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for US-based doctors
. • Manage travel bookings, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related requirements.
• Coordinate booking changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel-related queries.
• Work with travel vendors and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Ensure bookings are accurate, timely, and aligned with the traveler’s requirements.
• Maintain records of travel arrangements and booking details.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external travel partners.
• Resolve travel-related issues and provide timely support. Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in travel coordination, travel operations, or bookings.
• IATA certification or working knowledge of IATA and travel booking processes.
• Experience handling travel arrangements for US-based clients is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of general travel and booking processes.
